Nature Smoothie

This is the ultimate green smoothie for the summer months. It is jam packed with vitamins, minerals, nutrients and electrolytes, The raw vegetables are enzyme rich improving digestion, the lemon and ginger support the immune system, the avocado adds healthy fats and the parsley will help remove toxins. Enjoy anytime!!!!!
INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup coconut water
1 1/2 inch piece of cucumber
1/2 an apple
1 stalk of celery
1-2 kale leaves
1 small handful of spinach
1 fennel frond (leafy part) (substitute with or piece of fennel or 3 fennel seeds)
3 sprigs of parsley
1/4 inch piece of ginger
1 peeled lemon slice
1/4 of an avocado
4 ice cubes (optional)
Blend in a blender and enjouy.
