Green Smoothie Popsicle

We love this summer recipe post by The Big Believe and originally crafted by Dr Mark Hyman! This frozen treat is a celebration of wholesome vegetables that effortlessly transforms into a beloved family favorite, all while delivering a delightful medley of nourishing nutrients.


Ingredients:


4 celery sticks

½ small avocado

3 handfuls baby spinach

10 medium romaine leaves

½ bunch parsley leaves (small stems are ok)

1 organic lemon, quartered seeds removed (leave peel on)

2-inch piece fresh ginger root, peeled

1 kiwi, peeled

1 medium green apple

1 cup coconut yogurt (unsweetened or plain Greek yogurt)


Directions:


1. Blend all the ingredients in a high-speed blender until smooth.

2. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds. Drink the remaining smoothie if you have extra left!

3. Freeze for 3 hours or overnight.
