Bothered by Food Allergies? Try these Natural Food Recipes

Updated: Sep 7, 2022

Food Allergy Book

The Bodhi Clinic’s Dr. Stephany Porter provided the introduction to the book. “This is a must read for people dealing with Celiac disease or various other food allergens. The gut is often called our “Second Brain” for it is capable of acting independently from the brain and spinal cord. When you say you had a gut reaction, it is true; the gut produces serotonin which affects the brain. These discoveries have changed the way we think of our gastrointestinal (GI) tract and the importance of maintaining a healthy GI tract. Food allergens create inflammation and therefore affect this precious system. These recipes are designed to help you enjoy food without the inflammation.” –Stephany Porter, ND, FABNO-The Bodhi Clinic.

The book’s child-approved recipes were also tested on people with no known allergies and received sterling feedback. The most common response was, “Yum!” While the book was written with the novice cook in mind, experienced chefs will also appreciate the beauty, texture and rich flavor these recipes offer. Celiac Creations For Multiple Food Allergies: How To Survive When Your Food Is Killing You, administers the freedom to enjoy food once again, because food should be fun and satisfying.
